Q: How soon will I receive my swimwear after I’ve ordered?
A: Receiving your swimwear may take anywhere from 1 to 8 weeks for delivery. Rarely will it take 8 weeks, but it does happen on occasion. Suits that are in stock will be mailed within 1-3 business days. There is no real way for us to determine how soon you will be receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot give an exact date for shipping.
When your swimwear is shipped to you, you will receive an email from the post office (DeliveryConfirmationAlert@uspsshippingapis.com) with a tracking number for your package.
Q: How come it could take so long to receive my swimwear?
A: There are a number of reasons why. First, we are a smaller company with a small staff. Suits not in stock are made once an order is placed. Our suits are made in the USA with care and quality and go through a number of processes before arriving to you. We do the best we can to get your swimwear to you as quickly as possible.
Q: When will my credit card be charged for my order?
A: Most often your credit card will be charged within a few days of your swimwear being mailed to you. For orders that take more than 30 days, your credit card will be charged close to 30 days after your order is placed because our ability to charge must be done within 30 days or it expires. In the order receipt e-mail you receive once you’ve placed an order, it may say “Charged”, but your credit card has not been charged yet, the funds have been put on hold temporarily until we charge within the 30 day time period.
Q: How can I review my order?
A: Once you have placed your order you should receive an e-mail order confirmation, if you have provided your e-mail address. To review your order, click on Your Orders in the HELP menu in the left hand column of this website. Enter your order number and e-mail address and click View Order.
Q: Why am I paying so much for Shipping & Handling?
A: Shipping & Handling fees cover the cost of materials, supplies, labor & shipping. Cost of shipping is also determined by your location.
Q: What size should I get? None of the measurements in the size chart match my figure exactly.
A: We all come in different shapes and sizes. Our suits run true. Please use your best judgement to determine which size will fit you best, remember our swimwear, like most swimwear, has stretchable fabric. If the suit you order does not fit, you can simply return it to us and exchange it for another size.
Q: Do your sizes run small, large or true?
A: Our sizes run true.
Q: What if the suit I ordered doesn’t fit or I have an issue with it?
A: You can return it to us for an exchange or refund. If you would like to do this, please visit our Returns page, located under the HELP menu in the left hand column. Please read all of the information listed and print out the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM.
