Esther Williams Swimwear Return and Exchange Policy:

We will accept returns that are postmarked within 10 business days of receipt of the order. All returns must include the original shipping label and reason for the return. Acceptable reasons for return include the following:

1.) Suit did not fit properly

2.) Suit was wrong style, color or fabric. These restrictions also apply:

a.) Suit must be returned in it's original condition with the tag attached
b.) Suit should only have been worn to try it on once to make sure of the proper fit .

3.) Return Shipping Rules (VERY IMPORTANT - MAKE SURE YOU READ THIS IF YOU NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER)

a.) Suits being returned or sent back for an exchange size must be shipped back to the manufacturer by either UPS or USPS where you can select the "Signature Required for Confirmation of Delivery" option, rather than just the tracking number for 'Confirmation of Shipping'.

 

b.) If you don't use the "Signature Required for Confirmation of Delivery"  in your shipping options and we don't receive the return, then the refund you receive will be much less than normal, i.e. it now is a total loss for us.

c.) There won't be any acceptable reasons for not using the "Signature Required for Confirmation of Delivery"  when returning or sending back an order for an exchange size.

NOTE - We have not received more than 25 swimsuit returns that our wonderful customers said they sent back to us and that means $79.00 x 25 = $1,975.00 total loss for us, so it has become necessary to make the "Signature Required for Confirmation of Delivery" a return shipping requirement.

4.) If requesting a different suit in place of the return, please include authorization to charge your credit card for the shipping charge. We will use the exact same shipping cost that was charged for the original order

5.) If you are returning a damaged or defective suit, there will not be an additional shipping charge, but you will need to include a damage or defect explanation with the returned item.

6.) **** IMPORTANT - Anytime you return or cancel a credit card order that has been processed (either shipped or not shipped), there is a 5% credit card handling-processing fee.

7.) Please use the Return Shipping Address below and again, make sure you ship back to the manufacturer by either UPS or USPS where you can select the "Signature Required for Confirmation of Delivery" option, rather than just 'Confirmation of Shipping'.

Additional information regarding our Swimwear:
* All suits have soft foam cups as well as tummy control panel.
* All suits are fully lined in the front with lycra lining
* All suits have tummy control power net.
* All suits have soft foam cups.
* The solid fabrics are 80% nylon 20% spandex.
* The print fabrics are 85% nylon 15% spandex.
* The one piece suits have a 3/4" elastic under the bust for support.
* There are no wires in any of the suits.
