Esther Williams Swimsuit Return and Exchange Policy:

We will accept returns that are postmarked within 30 business days of mailing date. All returns must include the original shipping label and reason for the return.
Acceptable reasons for return include the following:
1.) Suit did not fit properly
2.) Suit was wrong style, color or fabric
3.) Suit was defective
- VERY IMPORTANT – RETURN SHIPPING RULES -
1.) Suit must be returned in it’s original condition with the tag attached. You may keep your free gift photo of Esther Williams as a souvenir.
2.) Suit should only have been worn to try it on once to make sure of the proper fit .
3.) Suits being returned for an exchange or refund must be sent to us through a shipping company where you can select the “Signature Required for Confirmation of Delivery” or “Delivery Confirmation“.
Customers are responsible for the return. If we do not receive your suit, we cannot issue a refund or exchange. We recommend “Signature Required for Confirmation of Delivery” to insure that your suit does not become lost.
4.) If you are returning a damaged or defective suit, there will not be an additional shipping charge, but you will need to include a damage or defect explanation with the returned item.
5.) Shipping & handling fee from original order will not be refunded.
6.) If requesting an exchange, please sign and date the bottom of the form. Additional Shipping & Handling charge is $6.00 (US Residents), $12.00-$15.00 (International)
